The goal for the “Breakfast Club” is to create a safe space for healing and personal growth/empowerment through the transformative power of group dynamics. We will practice the art of compassionate listening and authentic sharing and connection. The hope is that a strong internal support community will be formed where we can lean on each other for support during times where we need some extra help. The “Breakfast Club” will be a place where we can process and increase our depth and self awareness which can help us lead more full and healthy lives.
