Exercise Classes


You can exercise your stress away.  Exercise classes are open to ages 13 and up.  

Class Tuition: All exercise classes are $6.00 for an hour drop in class.  You can purchase a 10 card punch pass for $55.00.  Drop in classes and punch cards are purchased at the HAA  cafe and are good for all exercise classes.

Childcare is also available for $2 per child upon request via an email or call before the class.


What is Dance Aerobics? 

Dance aerobics is one of the common forms of aerobics that can be seen today around the world.  It is a good way to utilize time, an even better way to lose weight and an excellent way to keep the body fit.  In general, the aim behind aerobics is to increase the body's intake of oxygen and dance aerobics is an amazing and exciting way to do so.  This "happy workout" will get you sweating, moving and smiling!  This class is a whole body workout that strengthens your core and beyond!  The best part is, you do not have to be a dancer to take this class-- just show up with a smile, a big bottle of water and your tennis shoes. What is Yoga? 

The word Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word "Yuj" meaning to yoke, join or unite. This implies joining or integrating all aspects of the individual - body with mind and mind with soul - to achieve a happy, balanced and useful life, and spiritually, uniting the individual with the supreme.
